Swick Funnels

This dry, sparkling wine is named after Joe's favorite song ("Funnels") by his favorite guitar player, Allan Holdsworth. Dark cherry, forest floor, and mushroom aromas lead to a crunchy, red-fruited finish with some tannin from the whole cluster maceration.
